The Fernleigh 15 on 19 October 2025 is a 15km running event for runners, walkers or wheel/racing chairs staged on the famous Fernleigh Track.

The course showcases the beauty of the suburban Newcastle and Lake Macquarie starting in Adamstown on the corner of Park Avenue and Bailey Street.

Runners will follow the track for all of the course, except for an out and back section at Cowlishaw St in Redhead. The course rises slightly for 5km and then descends for 10km.
