Flow Athletic, Sydney's premier fitness and yoga studio is hosting their own Fun Run on 10 December 2022 in partnership with McGrath Real Estate Paddington.

Based in the beautiful Centennial Park, course distances include 5km and 10km.

All profits go to Kookaburra Kids who aim to deliver their services to young people impacted by family mental illness with the aim of empowering them to build resilience, lifelong knowledge and abilities so they can reach their potential.
