Cairns Road Runners presents the Forrest Gump Chocolate Box trail runs on 16 May 2026 in Formartine State Forest, Speewah.
There are three distances on offer - the Milky Bar Kid 3km; the Snickers 8km; and the Toblerone 12km.
The event location is just 45 minutes from Cairns CBD, or 45 minutes from Atherton.

The race is based from Formartine Forest Reserve, 1965 Kennedy Highway. The start line is directly opposite the Speewah turnoff.
