The Gold Coast 100 Supermarathon is held annually on Queen's Birthday Weekend, with a 100km "Supermarathon", a 50 mile, 50km, 42km marathon, 25km and 10km running/walking events.
In previous years, the event followed an out and back course with 100km runners going out and back four times. In 2017, the event base moves to the Runaway Bay Sports Super Centre, and follows a 6.25km lap course. 100km runners go around 16 times; 50km 8 times; and 25km 4 times.
The event hosts the 100 km national championships of Athletics Australia and Australian Ultra Runners Association, Inc.
