The fifth race in the 2025/26 Hills Tri Series event is on 11 January 2026 at Sydney International Regatta Centre in Penrith, NSW.

The Hills Triathlon Club races are Australia's largest club races, and offer something for everyone either starting out in the sport; looking to get fit and stay active; or want to push yourself with some healthy competition against Sydney's top triathletes.

Triathlon (Swim + Bike + Run):
Juniors: 7-9 yrs: 100m + 2.5K + 500m
Juniors: 10-11 yrs: 200m + 5K + 1K
Juniors: 12+ yrs: 250m + 10K + 2K
Enticer: 250m + 10K + 2.5K
Sprint: 750m + 20K + 5K - solo/team

Aqua Run: 750m Swim + 5K Run
Aqua Bike: 750m Swim + 20K Bike + Dash to the finish line
