IRONKIDS Western Sydney is back on 2 May 2026 as part of IRONMAN 70.3 Western Sydney festival events.

This is a great day out for all, with kids aged 7 - 13 years getting their chance to become an IRONKIDS Champion. This event is a Duathlon (Run + Bike + Run) format.

It's all about having fun and taking part - no timing or placings are recorded. Each IRONKID will receive a medal and IRONKIDS T-shirt.

Duathlon (Run + Bike + Run):
7- 9 yrs: 200m + 1K + 500m
10 - 13 yrs: 400m + 3K + 1K
