The Kuranda to Port Douglas (K2PD) on 17 August 2025 is a 60km Trail Ultra Marathon following Black Mountain Road and the Bump track to Port Douglas.

The course is a point-to-point route in the Mowbray National Park within the Wet Tropics World Heritage Area. It starts just off Kennedy Highway in Kuranda and follows Black Mountain Road through native rainforest, open eucalyptus forest, pine plantations and over picturesque creeks. The finish is on the famous Four Mile Beach, Port Douglas.

Enter solo or in a relay team of 2-4 members.
