The Mackay Marina Run on Sunday, 7 June 2020 has a Half Marathon, 8K & 5K Fun Runs, a 5K Corporate Challenge and 3K Junior Dash with Under 14, Under 12 and Under 10 categories.

Scheduled four weeks out from the Gold Coast Marathon, the BMA Mackay Marina Run is a signature event on the Mackay Road Runners' calendar. The half marathon is flat and fast.

Major beneficiary, the Leukaemia Foundation has been with the BMA Mackay Marina Run from before its inception.
