Dementia Australia is excited to kick-start the 2019 Memory Walk & Jog season in the nation's capital on Sunday, 24 February 2019, returning to the foreshore of Lake Burley Griffin in Canberra.

Choose from 2km, 5km or 10km and walk, jog or run in the race against dementia.

Dementia is the condition that will have the greatest social and economic impact of our time. In ACT there are an estimated 5,748 people living with dementia and Dementia Australia's services have never been in higher demand.

All funds raised help Dementia Australia to provide vital support services, such as counselling, support groups, education to help family carers and professional training across ACT.
