Enjoy a great day out with family and friends and support Australians living with multiple sclerosis by taking part in the MS Walk Run + Roll in Sydney on 19 April 2026.

Choose to walk, run or roll the 5km or 10km course based from Metcalfe Park in Pyrmont.

Sign up solo, with a mate, bring your dog or get the team together.

Since the first event in 1989, participants have raised millions of dollars to fund essential services and support for people living with MS.
