Enjoy a great day out with family and friends and support Australians living with multiple sclerosis at the MS Walk Run + Roll Melbourne on 31 May 2026.

Choose to run or walk 5km or 10km, while taking in the views of Melbourne’s most recognisable landmarks. The easy grade tracks start and finish at Palms Lawn, Albert Park Lake.

Sign up solo, with a mate, bring your dog or get the team together.

Since the first event in 1989, participants have raised millions of dollars to fund essential services and support for people living with MS.
