The Murray Bridge Marathon Festival on 1 November 2026 includes a 5km, 10km, Half Marathon and a Marathon distance.

The course starts and finishes by the Bunyip at Sturt Reserve taking in the River Cities highlights whilst hugging the River. A Bridge closure is in place where all runners gets to run over the first bridge to span the Murray river. Run the riverside esplanade, reserve, bird filled wetlands and levee banks.

Location map

The event village is at Sturt Reserve on the lawn area in between the playground and the skate park area. The start line is next to Murray Bridge’s famous Bunyip.
