The Nepean Triathlon on 22 November 2026 is an annual event held at the Sydney International Regatta Centre in Penrith.

The fast, flat and traffic free course has ample spectator opportunities and finishes in front of the main grandstand.

This event is an iconic sporting and community event on the Australian triathlon calendar and is now the country's oldest triathlon, also with a Classic, Super Sprint and Sprint distance triathlons. The Super Sprint doubles as the Australian Super Sprint Championship.

The 2026 event is part of the Redline Games.

Sprint: 750m + 20K + 5K
Nepean: 1K + 30K + 8K
