Newcastle Cross Country Club's race on 16 May 2026 at Awaba Public School is part of a series of races in the Hunter Region of NSW.

This run commences just outside the Awaba Public School perimeter and follows one of the bush fire access roads through the scrub. The run has a gravel surface with several inclines.

You do need to be a club member to participate in these events; membership is open to anyone with online membership registration to be completed by 12 midnight Friday before Saturday run.
