Duathlon (Run + Bike + Run):
Mini/micro (U7): 200m + 800m + 200m
Sub-Junior (7-10 yrs): 500m + 1.5K + 500m
Junior (10-15 yrs): 1K + 5K + 1K
Enticer (12 yrs +): 2K + 10K + 2K
Sprint (14 yrs +): 2.5K + 20K + 5K

The event is based at Sydney International Regatta Centre. Entry is via gate ‘A’.
