The annual Port Macquarie Running Festival from Saturday, 6 March to Sunday, 7 March 2021 has a half marathon, 10km, 5km and 3km running and walking events, along with kids fun runs.

Whether an elite athlete, jogger or walker there is an event for you. The event will be staged from the Port Macquarie Town Green area, with courses spanning from Town Beach to Settlement Point areas.
