Pub2Pub Charity Fun Run and Walk in Sydney, NSW
On Sunday August 27th, the iconic Pub2Pub Charity Fun Run and Festival celebrates its 25th year of raising hundreds of thousands of dollars for worthy local charities on Sydney's Northern Beaches. Entries open the first week of April.
Money raised is donated to organisations including Bear Cottage, the Children’s Cancer Institute, Manly and Mona Vale Hospitals, Life Education Australia and White Ribbon Australia.
Organised by the Rotary Club of Brookvale, the event now has three course options, catering for everyone from serious runners to families: 13km from Dee Why Surf Lifesaving Club to Newport Surf Lifesaving Club; 6km from Warriewood to Newport; and 3km from Mona Vale to Newport.
This is undoubtedly Sydney's most scenic fun run, taking in many of the spectacularly beautiful northern beaches. A huge family festival is held at the Newport Beach finish line with live music, a licensed bar area, international food options and plenty of fun rides and games for the kids.
The 13km event starts at the Dee Why SLSC; the 6km from Warriewood; and the 3km from Mona Vale. All events finish at the Newport SLSC.
