The Sprint Series Adventure Race in Manly Dam, NSW on 15 November 2026 consists of running, kayaking and mountain biking legs.

The race takes place in the scenic Manly Dam reserve, weaving through lush bushland and exciting trails, located in the heart of Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

Designed for teams of 2, teams use maps and compass to find checkpoints by foot, mountain bike, and kayak. Both team members stay together for the whole event. There is a full course and a novice course option.

Kayaking stages are held on a river (kayaks are supplied as a part of entry). Running stages are held along 4WD trails, walking paths and off-road. The mountain biking sections consist of 4WD trails and single tracks.

Novice: ~ 3K + 10K + 2K
Classic: ~ 5K + 20K + 4K

Location map

This event is based in Manly Dam reserve. The course is kept secret till the morning of the event, when teams receive the maps.
