Run/Walk Road/Path/Park Medium 10K Aquathon Ocean

The Sydney Morning Herald Sun Run on Saturday, 2 February 2019 is a 7km and 10km fun run and walk from Dee Why to Manly, and is followed by the Cole Classic Ocean Swim the next day.

There is also an aquathon beginning in Dee Why with a 2km run, followed by a 500m swim at North Curl Curl, and finishing with a 6km run to South Steyne, Manly.

This popular, family-friendly event invites participants of all levels to take part in a fun-filled weekend featuring the Dee Why to Manly Sun Run, showcasing the best of Sydney's Northern Beaches - and one of Australia's largest ocean swims, the iconic Cole Classic.

This is a point to point race starting from The Strand at Howard Avenue in Dee Why. The aquathon starts in Dee Why and finishes in South Steyne.
