The Tower One Stair Challenge on 3 August 2025 has 1000 steps, 40 floors and 217 metres of vertical height as you run, walk or crawl to the top of Tower One.
This tower challenge is located on the beautiful harbour foreshore at Barangaroo.
The money you raise supports Giant Steps who provide crucial support to children and adults with autism.
