The Great Aussie Hike on 2 May 2026 is a team-based challenge in the Dandenong Ranges, VIC.

Get your team together and choose from a 20km, 30km or 50km hike/walk.

The full distance 50km trail spans 10 - 14 hours on foot from Lilydale Lake to Mt Evelyn. Teams of 4+ people will hike deep into the heart of the Dandenong Ranges - through towering gums, lush fern gullies, winding trails and scenery that makes every step worth it.

The 30km and 20km distances start from Mt Evelyn and explore the trails of the Dandenong Ranges. Teams of 3+ people.

This event is proud to be partnering with Mums Supporting Families In Need (MSFIN).
