The Toowoomba Wellcamp Airport Running Festival returns to the streets of Toowoomba, Queensland on 3 May 2026.

2026 marks a fresh new chapter as the event evolves from the Toowoomba Wellcamp Airport Marathon into a festival of running for all ages and abilities - with Half Marathon, 10km, 5km and 1 mile distances.

With new courses designed to showcase the city’s historic landmarks, artistic streetscapes, and colourful parks and gardens, it’s the perfect way to experience Toowoomba in its autumn best, just before the winter chill sets in.

Race Precinct is located at the Clive Berghofer Stadium (Toowoomba Sports Ground) on the eastern fringes of the Toowoomba CBD. Events will finish on the hallowed stadium turf in front of family and friends in the grandstand.

The event is organised by Events Management Queensland.
