Kipchoge to attempt sub-two hour marathon
Eliud Kipchoge has run the world's fastest marathon (2:00.25, which is not the recognised world record due to the way it was run) and holds the current world record (2:01.39). He will attempt to break 2 hours again in Vienna in October. Find out more at SBS.

Recent updates
Note that with the start of the month yesterday, a large number of events have opened up entry and there are almost 50 updates on the recent updates page from the last 24 hours, so be sure to check them out.

Cancellations
- Mena Madness / Gorrell Grind scheduled for 27 July has been cancelled
- Taurus 200 scheduled for 4 October has been cancelled due to not enough entries by the June 30 cut off

Date changes/corrections
- Run with the Wind in Ararat has changed from 17 to 24 November due to a date clash with another event
- Triathlon NSW Sprint Series at Kurnell has changed from 1 February to 25 January
