The Bottlebutt Bash Trail Run returns to Port Macquarie, NSW on 26 April 2026 with a 42km, 21km, 12km and 7km 'bash' through the magical Burrawan State Forest.

This event has been born out of a love of running and racing in this area by coastal track and trail runners. It is named after 'Old Bottlebutt', an ancient Red Bloodwood tree located in the forest with a unique shape.

​The 'Bottlebutt Bash' 21km (1 lap) and 42km (2 laps) courses take runners through the forest on stunning tracks and trails with lots of hidden secrets.
