IRONMAN 70.3 Western Sydney on 3 May 2026 is based at the Sydney International Regatta Centre in Penrith.

The one-lap swim takes place in the man-made, sheltered Penrith Lake. The bike course includes breathtaking views of the Blue Mountains on a two-lap course through the countryside. The flat 3-lap run course gives plenty of opportunity to be cheered on by your support crew multiple times before the final push down the finisher's chute.
