Long Course Weekend is the ultimate endurance challenge. Racing three events in three days from Friday, 19 October to Sunday, 21 October 2018 is a perfect opportunity to benchmark your performance and fitness.
To obtain the precious Long Course Weekend medal - one of four interlocking medals, the remaining three having been earned by completing the swim, bike and run - you must enter as a full Long Course Weekend athlete!
Those taking on the full Long Course Weekend will need to complete the 3.8km swim section on Friday afternoon, the 180km cycle section on Saturday morning and the 42.2km run on Sunday. Only then will you be a finisher of LCW Jervis Bay.
