The Rocky Gully Run n Roll on Sunday, 12 August 2018 is an adventurous cross country Duathlon (X-Duo) at Kinchina Conservation Park in South Australia.

The event consists of two 3 to 5km trail runs accompanied with a 10km mountain bike stage on newly formed single trails in the Kinchina Conservation Park through Rocky Gully and White Hill close to Murray Bridge. The course is challenging yet fun, think Man vs Wild meets a natures own playground True Grit style adventure on foot and by bike!

All proceeds from the event go to the Movembefoundation supporting mens health issues including Mental Health, Prostate and Testicular Cancer. This is the 2nd event as part of the new X-Duo Series.
