Telegraph Point, Port Macquarie, NSW

Follow event Run/Walk Off Road/Trail Dog Friendly/Canicross

The Trails and Tails event on 24 May 2026 is a dog-friendly trail run in the beautiful Cairncross State Forest on the Mid North Coast of NSW.

The 7km course is quite flat with about 108m of elevation per lap. It can be a new experience for dogs to consistently run alongside you in a race format, so make sure to pick a distance that is best suited to your dog's fitness level.

Choose from 21km, 14km, 7km distances or a short 4km for beginners.

This is an 'on the lead' event - dogs must be on a lead from the time they leave your vehicle. This event is open to all competitors (you do not have to have a dog).
